Refunds and returns

We sell digital goods, so refund handling differs from physical product returns. The main rule is to verify the issue first and then provide a suitable resolution.

When a refund or replacement may apply

  • Key does not activate

    If the issue is confirmed and cannot be resolved with correct instructions or a replacement.

  • Duplicate order

    If the same product was purchased by mistake and the key has not been used.

  • Product mismatch

    If the delivered product does not match the description on the site.

When refunds usually do not apply

  • If the wrong edition was purchased by mistake and the key has already been used.
  • If the digital key was shared with third parties or resold.
  • If the issue is caused by device, region, or account restrictions rather than the key itself.

Review process

  1. Contact support and provide the order number.
  2. Describe the issue and include the error text or screenshot if available.
  3. We verify the order, key status, and compatibility details.
  4. Based on the review, we offer replacement, guidance, correction, or refund when applicable.
